Recently purchased a Wallaroo 19’6 ft caravan with all the options including a 10kwh 48v battery system with 1 kw of solar, induction cooktop and diesel hot water and heating (completely gasless). We have tested it off grid for 1 week and now in excess of 2 weeks. To say we are impressed is an understatement. Mick’s attention to detail and workmanship is second to none. On top of this working with Mick over a long period of time (we had a wait of 2 years) was a pleasure. His suggestions were excellent as well as putting up with me asking for a number of changes, he was extremely patient. Our last caravan was considered the best composite off road caravan, this van exceeds that.

Both Julie and I have had a great experience with Wallaroo Caravans. Mick is very approachable and experienced when it came to develop the best van to suit our needs. We are about to leave on another Northern adventure, this time to Cape York and have complete confidence in the van set up to test the limits and have a great trouble-free adventure.

After we saw a Wallaroo caravan doing the Gibb River Rd in the Kimberley, we knew it was going to be the van for us. With the ability to customise the build to our exact requirements, we were able to get the off-road van of our dreams for our full-time travel adventure. We received delivery of our new 21’6 ft Wallaroo Trak Series in October 2023. From day one of the design stage, all through the process Mick was helpful. We had a basic idea of what we wanted and Mick gave us some good options to add to our van. We have tested it up through Camerons Corner to Innaminka and up to Kununurra over the Gibb River Rd as far as 80 mile beach, a total of 14,000 km and the van travelled beautifully. When we did have some teething issues they were addressed immediately, overall we could not be happier with our van and back up service.
